Coming in September/October, our annual Product Selection Meetings
Once again during the months of September and October, Covenant Group staff will be busy meeting with book publishers, music distribution systems and gift manufacturers as we seek to select the best and most attractive products for our promotional pieces slated for the first and second quarters of 2010 (January-June). Covenant Group is the ONLY marketing group that invites EVERY member dealership to have a voice in the selection process (which helps ensure greater compliance on cataloged product!). This process all begins in the early Fall and wraps up by late October. Contracts on items selected by the group for inclusion will be sent to vendor partners in early September.

You'll find downloadable contracts for all of our Christmas promotional projects (from November through December, 2009) here in this special VendorLinks section. Just click on Download Contracts at left and choose the Book, Music, or Gift Vendor contract for the project you need. (Contract rates for various vendor groupings are the same for each individual project, but deadlines do vary slightly.)
